Our boy's blanks feature a slim, naturally tapered fit with extra length compared to standard blanks. This means monograms and appliqué sit perfectly on the chest without looking too high or too low. Available in white and seasonal colors. This sublimation blank uses a 70% polyester / 30% cotton blend for vibrant, permanent sublimation printing. Pre-press at 385–400°F for 5 seconds to remove moisture before your final press.

Yes. Our 6+ oz 100% combed cotton interlock is specifically chosen for embroidery. It's noticeably thicker than standard blanks and holds dense stitches without puckering or tearing.
What makes this a sublimation blank vs a regular blank?
Our sublimation blanks use a 70% polyester / 30% cotton blend that allows sublimation ink to bond permanently. Regular blanks are 100% cotton, which is better for embroidery but won't hold sublimation prints.

Is there a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
No minimum order quantity required. You can buy 1 shirt or 100 shirts.
Shipping Information
We process orders Monday through Friday(excluding holidays) during normal business hours in the order in which they are received. However, expedited-shipping orders are a higher priority and are processed more quickly. Orders are shipped within 24 business hours, unless we experience high order volume.
